Gym membership and class booking

The business problem

A studio filling classes through direct messages spends the day confirming spots, correcting double bookings and answering questions about remaining credits. Nobody has a reliable picture of attendance, and members can't self-serve.

The proposed experience

Members open a schedule, see what's still available, and book in two taps. Memberships and class credits are visible in the account, so the front desk stops being a lookup service. Staff get one screen for today: who's booked, who's waitlisted, and which classes need attention.

Design choices

The schedule is the home screen because that's the reason members open the app. Availability is shown with text and a filled bar rather than color alone, so a full class reads as full at a glance. Numbers use a tabular alignment so the dashboard is scannable, and the booking confirmation repeats time, coach and location to prevent the follow-up message.
